I HP Pavilion dv6-6115nr bought this during a lightning sale on a whim. Needed a young laptop to exchange my 3.5 yr old HP laptop that was starting to freak out on me, merely hadn’t done also much enquiry yet. I’m reasonably slaked thence far, only worried nearly what’s to arrived due to some minor problems I’ve received already.

For starters, the DVD/CD drive is extremely hard to open. Not surely if I merely got a lemon, only I have to press Style besides difficult on the subject push to cause it to open and it takes several tries to do it. I fearfulness this drive might not open entirely soon. I’ve considered sending it back due to this concern, only believe it might exist also much of a hassle for something I’m not certainly is a vast problem. The other concern is that, when I brought it out of “sleep” manner the other day, the screen started freaking away and showing some lines across it. Computer received to be restarted and it’s worked fine since then. Perchance this was a one-time thing. Having had the computer for alone two weeks, I’m getting a bad vibe.

The other issue I receive is that I’m not super comfortable utilising the keyboard and mouse. It may just take getting employed to. My old HP is selfsame like to this one as far equally the flavor and layout. Yet, the keys on this are rough and make loud clicking sounds when I character or press the mouse buttons. My old HP was more tacit when I typed and clicked the mouse buttons and seemed to exist more smooth when doing this. Also, when I move the mouse across the screen, it looks to slide faster than I meanspirited for it to. Like, I’m trying to mouse over a situation on my screen and the arrow SLIDES slenderly past the channelize I’m aiming for and I receive to coast it back. Sort of annoying.
